During pregnancy women require particular support and care. My service include pre & post natal care, labor/birthing assistance, yoga poses combined with pranayama techniques, and specialized nutrition consultations. Natal massage therapies are designed to relax, strenghten and tone areas of most concern.

Duration: 4 one hour meetings (recommend 1 per trimester and 1 after birth)
