I entered the world of holistic health four years ago as I was looking to improve my own overall wellness. Like many, I suffered from chronic digestive issues, insomnia, stress, depression, anxiety, and much more. I spent hours talking to doctors and was alarmed by the overriding pressure to take pharmaceutics without guarantees of a cure. After researching many systems of holistic medicine, I came upon the science of Ayurveda. I found Ayurveda's understanding of dis-ease, it's root causes, and remedies unparalleled. I've studied the science privately and thru academic institutions since 2005. By applying Ayurvedic principals, I've cured many of my ailments. As a practioner, my goal is to improve your health & overall wellness by educating you on such benefits.
